This notice applies to youbetech.com, its public forms, YouBot, YouBe One content, and related website interactions operated by YouBe Technology LLC (“YouBe,” “we,” “us”). It does not govern a client system covered by a separate contract or a third-party site you choose to visit.

• Inquiry and project information, including goals, timing, budget ranges, requirements, and message content.
• Support or consultation requests and communications you send to us.
• Prompts and conversation content submitted to YouBot.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting, security, analytics, and performance providers may process technical information such as IP-derived region, device and browser type, referring page, requested URL, timestamps, performance measurements, and security logs. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregated website and performance measurement.

3. AI and YouBot data

YouBot sends the conversation context needed to answer a request to our configured AI inference provider. Intelligence Lab requests that require current information may also invoke a public-web search provider. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment data, government identifiers, health records, confidential client data, or information you are not authorized to share.

AI responses are generated probabilistically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Prompts may be processed in infrastructure and security logs. We do not represent YouBot as a confidential, privileged, or emergency communication channel.

4. How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and route project or support requests.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and YouBot.
• Understand aggregated usage and website performance.
• Prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and protect users, YouBe, and the public.
• Comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use website inquiry content to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting and delivery, analytics, AI inference and public-web research, content management, email delivery, security, and professional services. Current infrastructure may include Vercel, Groq and its search providers, Sanity, and Bluehost-hosted email services. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and our applicable arrangements.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or systems, in a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, contractual and operational needs, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email contact@youbetech.com with “Privacy Request” and enough information for us to understand and verify the request. We may retain information where permitted or required by law.
