YouBot is an automated AI system, not a human representative. Output may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is provided for general information and ideation—not as legal, medical, financial, safety, engineering, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. Verify important information and obtain qualified professional review before acting.

YouBot cannot bind YouBe, quote final pricing, promise availability, create a contract, authorize work, or guarantee an outcome. A project begins only under a separate written agreement signed by authorized parties. Public-web results and citations may come from third parties YouBe does not control or endorse.

3. User content and responsibility

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant YouBe and its service providers a limited permission to process that content to operate, secure, and respond through the service. You represent that you have the right to submit it. Do not provide confidential, regulated, export-controlled, infringing, or sensitive information through public forms or YouBot.

4. Intellectual property

The website’s branding, design, text, graphics, software, product names, and original content are owned by or licensed to YouBe and protected by applicable laws. Limited personal or internal-business viewing does not transfer ownership. Third-party names, content, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, YouBot, and public content are provided “as is” and “as available.” YouBe disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, security, and accuracy. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouBe and its officers, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; or decisions made in reliance on AI output or third-party content. For claims arising solely from free public website use, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid YouBe for that use during the preceding twelve months or US $100. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Third parties, availability, and changes

Links and integrations may lead to third-party services governed by separate terms. Features may change, pause, or end without notice. We may update these terms, investigate suspected misuse, restrict access, or preserve and disclose information when reasonably necessary for security, safety, legal compliance, or enforcement.

8. Business engagements

These website terms do not replace a proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, data-processing agreement, support agreement, or other signed client contract. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms regarding paid services, the signed agreement controls for those services.
