Our commitment

We aim to design and maintain this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our reference standard. Accessibility is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time certification, and we continue to identify, prioritize, and remediate barriers.

YouBot and dynamic content

YouBot includes keyboard-accessible controls, labeled actions, a light/dark presentation option, reduced-motion behavior, and live status updates. AI-generated content can vary and may occasionally produce structures or wording that are less accessible than intended. Please report any barrier so we can investigate and improve the experience.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, linked websites, embedded services, older documents, or automatically generated material may not fully meet our accessibility goals. Third-party providers control their own experiences, but we welcome reports that help us choose alternatives or provide a reasonable accessible path.

Request assistance

If you cannot access information or complete an action, email contact@youbetech.com with “Accessibility Request.” Describe the page, feature, assistive technology or browser used, and the format or accommodation that would help. Please do not include sensitive medical information. We will make a good-faith effort to respond and offer a reasonable alternative.

Feedback

Accessibility improves through real use and honest feedback. We welcome specific reports about keyboard access, screen readers, contrast, motion, captions, forms, document formats, or other barriers.
